Any woman, from anywhere in the world! If you’re ready to change your lifestyle and commit to yourself, then this plan is for you.

No! You can join at anytime. Even if you can’t commit to the full 21 days at first because of prior commitments (vacation, etc.), you can always pick up where you left off at another time. This is totally a DIY program that you can accomplish at your convenience!

As a nutritionist, I don’t believe in the science behind cleansing for most women. In order to cleanse properly, you have to be eating a relatively clean diet in the first place. Drinking juice for several days at a time can wreak havoc on your body, especially if you’re already dealing with other health concerns such as blood sugar regulation, a slow metabolism, or hormonal imbalance. No one tells you this because they want to sell their cleanse to you, but if I’m being honest, cleansing with whole foods is the only true way to clean out your body. There are many green smoothie and juice recipes within the plan, but I don’t emphasize a “juice-only” or minimalist diet by any means. You’ll be eating whole, delicious, satisfying foods. :)

This plan is designed for you to instantly download and run with it on your own terms. How freeing is that?! You’ll have the support of our community on social media (remember to hashtag #eatyourwaythin), but beyond that, there is no one-on-one work. We are all so unique that I cannot answer this question matter-of-factly. Results vary dramatically depending on your starting point, how strictly you follow the plan, what you do for exercise, and so on. What I CAN guarantee is that if you eat and live in this way for the next 21 days, you will feel energized, excited, mentally clear, motivated, and supported by myself and the other gals in the program. And, even though this plan does not emphasize weight loss, it is absolutely possible :)

Yes! It all comes down to priorities. In the program, I explain how I plan out my weeks and the importance of batch cooking on a day that works best during the week (for me, it’s Sunday or Monday). As long as you make the time for yourself (your food and your workouts), you can fit it all in! Not to mention, you can go about the plan on your own time, so there’s no need to rush through anything.

No, not at all! You will be eating four or five times per day based on your personal schedule, which is a great way to keep your blood sugar levels stable to avoid any crashes.

From my experience as well as my clients’, vegan and vegetarian diets work for a select few ladies. Most women feel their best with some sustainable animal protein in their diets, so the plan is created with that knowledge in mind. That being said, I’m a huge proponent of a mainly plant-based diet, which is evidenced by the recipes and meal plan itself. There is little to no dairy in the plan, and over 85 percent of the recipes are vegetarian!

Yes! I believe there is one recipe that calls for spelt flour, but you can simply substitute brown rice flour or coconut flour if you’re gluten-free.
